Refund Policy


We accept returns requested within 30 days from date of product shipment.  Please note, returned item(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

Should 30 days have lapsed since date of product shipment, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept your return(s) or provide a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition and contain all original product tags and certificates of authenticity. The returned item(s) must also include all original packaging.

To return your item(s), please contact +1 (800) 427-2935 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), or send an email request to  
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, an RMA # will be issued.  Please include the RMA # on the outside of your package, as well as inside your package on a piece of paper. This will enable our warehouse to promptly receive and process your returned item(s).

Please note, returned item(s) received without an approved RMA # will not be accepted, and will instead be sent back to shipper whenever possible.

Please do not return your item(s) to the manufacturer.  They are unable to issue a refund, or assist with the returns process.  


Several types of item(s) are exempt from being returned. Any items that have been used, worn, damaged, mishandled, have markings, stains or any other type of disfigurement, are not eligible for return and refund cannot be issued.

Should item(s) be returned that meet any of these conditions, a refund will not be issued and item(s) instead, whenever possible, returned to shipper or ship-to address provided in original order.

Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided during the RMA approval process advising whether your returned item(s) are approved or rejected for refund. 

A refund will then be issued for returned item(s) approved for credit, and refunded amount less a 20% restocking fee automatically applied to the original credit card or payment method used during the purchase, within 7 - 10 business days.


If your refund has not been received after 10 business days from date of approval notification email, please first contact your banking institution or credit card company to verify there are no possible delays on their end. It may take slightly longer until your refund is officially posted.

If after that you have still not received your refund, please contact us at for additional assistance and provide us with your approved RMA #.

Please note, only regular priced item(s) may be refunded.  Sale item(s) unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item(s) were not indicated as as gift when purchased, or the gifter had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gifter.

Please note, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s). These shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping item(s) over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and insurance your package for the value of the goods. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item(s).  We are not responsible for any returned item(s) lost or stolen in transit to our facility and refunds can unfortunately not be issued under these circumstances.
