Refund & Returns Policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days from date of product shipment. To be eligible for a refund, item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, and contain all original product tags and certificates of authenticity. Returned item(s) must also include original packaging.

To return item(s), please call +1(800) 427-2935 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #), or send an email request to Orders@harrent.com.  

Please include the RMA # on the outside of your package, as well as inside your package written on a piece of paper. This will enable our warehouse to promptly receive and process your returned item(s).

Please note, returned item(s) received without an approved RMA # cannot be accepted and will be sent back to shipper whenever possible.

Please do not return your item(s) to the manufacturer.  They are unable to issue a refund, or assist with the returns process.  

ITEMS EXEMPT FOR RETURN

Several types of item(s) are exempt from being returned. Any items that have been used, worn, damaged, mishandled, have markings, stains or any other type of disfigurement, are not eligible for return and refund cannot be issued.

Should item(s) be returned that meet any of these conditions, a refund will not be issued and item(s) instead, whenever possible, returned to shipper or ship-to address provided with original order.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once returned item(s) have been received and processed by our warehouse, an email notification will be sent to the email address on file confirming whether the returned item(s) are eligible and approved for refund. 
A refund will promptly be issued for approved returns and credit issued back to the original credit card or payment method used during the original purchase, which should appear in your account within 7 - 10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If your refund has not been received after 10 business days from date of email notification confirming return acceptance and refund issuance, please first contact your banking institution or credit card company to verify there are no possible delays on their end as it may take slightly longer for the refund to post to your account depending on the financial institution or bank holidays.

If the matter is still unresolved after 14 business days, please call us at +1(800) 427-2935 or email us Orders@harrent.com and provide your RMA # for further assistance. 

GIFTS

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of your item will be emailed or mailed to you for future use.

Please note, shipping costs to return your item(s) are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

We recommend when shipping item(s) with a value of over $75, to consider using a trackable shipping service and insurance coverage for the value of your item(s) being returned. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages containing your returned item(s).
